Antirote
Most skill development happens through one-off feedback: a manager note, a peer review, an article you read once. The compounding kind — daily, deliberate, structured against a rubric — is hard to keep up alone.
Antirote is a coaching ritual you run for ten minutes a day. The first track is communication: you answer a prompt, the system grades the recording against a rubric, and the next prompt builds on what you missed. Opinionated curriculum, slow improvement curve.
Still in active development. The current build covers the practice loop and the rubric engine; up next is a memory of past attempts so the system can ask sharper follow-ups, and a second track beyond communication.
